The company's stock has a 52-week low of $3.68, a 52-week high of $9.86 and $1.26 billion in market capitalization.

Yelp Inc (NYSE:YELP) stock climbed 8.85 percent to $45.50 in pre-market trading. The online business review website on Wednesday reported a 69 percent increase in second-quarter net revenue and its net loss more than halved to $878,000 from $2 million recorded in the first quarter.

J.C. Penney Company Inc (NYSE:JCP) shares rose 8.90 percent to $6.85 in pre-market trading. The Plano, Texas-based retailer on Thursday said that a news report, which appeared Wednesday, in some sections of the media stating that commercial lender CIT Group abruptly stopped funding some future shipments to J.C. Penney, is false. The company's shares had lost more than 10 percent in regular trading Wednesday following the media reports.

Lloyds Banking Group PLC (NYSE:LYG) stock surged 7.43 percent to $4.48 in pre-market trading. The company on Wednesday reported a net profit of $2.37 billion (£1.56 billion) in the first six months of the fiscal year versus a loss of $1.05 billion (£697 million) a year earlier.

LivePerson Inc (NASDAQ:LPSN) stock advanced 4.84 percent to $63.50 in pre-market trading. The company lost about 7 percent in regular trading Wednesday after it reported earnings per share, or EPS, of $0.03, $0.01 worse than analyst estimates of $0.04 in second-quarter.

NII Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:NIHD) fell by 5.56 percent to $6.80 in pre-market trading. The company reported that its second-quarter net loss widened to $396.4 million or $2.30 a share, from $103.5 million or $0.60 a share, in the same period last year.

ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) stock lost 2.78 percent to $12.61 in pre-market trading. The company on Thursday reported a net loss of $780 million in the second quarter versus a profit of $1 billion a year earlier and against analysts’ estimate of a profit of $117 million.

Sanofi SA (NYSE:SNY) stock fell 2.70 percent to $50.09 in pre-market trading after company reported net profit of $589.41 million (€444 million), which dropped more than half from the same period in the previous year.
