ImmunoGen Inc. (IMGN) shares climbed 22.83 percent to $17.00 in pre-market trading. The company announced Monday that Roche had reported that updated results from its EMILIA Phase III trial showed that patients treated with trastuzumab emtansine had a significant improvement in OS compared to those randomized to standard-of-care therapy. Trastuzumab emtansine utilizes ImmunoGen's TAP technology with the trastuzumab antibody and is in global development by Roche under an agreement between ImmunoGen and Genentech, a member of the Roche Group.
Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock rallied 10.39 percent to $3.40 in pre-market trading on hopes that it can benefit from a setback to rival Samsung which has lost a high-profile court case to Apple that could lead to an injunction against some of its products, Reuters reported.
Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc. (DTG) stock surged 5.25 percent to $85.25 in pre-market trading. Hertz Global Holdings Inc. and Dollar Thrifty announced Sunday that they had entered into a definitive merger agreement under which Hertz would acquire DTG for $87.50 per share in cash in a transaction valued at a corporate enterprise value of approximately $2.3 billion.
Research In Motion Ltd. (RIMM) stock surged 3.17 percent to $7.16 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $6.56, a 52-week high of $33.54 and $3.64 billion in market capitalization.
Apple Inc. (AAPL) stock surged 2.37 percent to $678.95 in pre-market trading. The iPhone maker scored a legal victory over Samsung Friday as the U.S. bench in San Jose courtroom found the Galaxy maker had copied critical features of the popular iPhone and iPad and awarded $1.051 billion to Apple in damages for patent infringement.
Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) stock gained nearly 1 percent to $17.75 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $17.40, a 52-week high of $30.00 and $34.66 billion in market capitalization.
Partner Communications Co Ltd. (PTNR) stock slumped 7.23 percent to $3.85 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $3.00, a 52-week high of $13.06 and $645.93 million in market capitalization.
Tata Motors Ltd. (TTM) stock fell 1.04 percent to $21.78 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $14.33, a 52-week high of $30.63 and $70.21 billion in market capitalization.
