NewLead Holdings Ltd. (NEWL) stock climbed 9.63 percent to $2.05 in pre-market trading. The stock rallied more than 167 percent in regular trading Wednesday after the company announced that it received a capital contribution of industrial metal valued at $236.4 million for a 36.8 percent equity interest in NewLead.
Deutsche Bank AG (DB) stock surged 4.34 percent to $49.56 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $27.03, a 52-week high of $52.54 and $43.98 billion in market capitalization.
ArcelorMittal (MT) stock surged 4.10 percent to $17.52 in pre-market trading. The company announced Wednesday the pricing of its combined offering of common stock and mandatorily convertible notes to raise nearly $4.0 billion. ArcelorMittal intends to use the net proceeds from the combined offering to decrease existing indebtedness. The company expects the offering combined with other proposals will reduce its net debt down to approximately $17 billion by the end of June.
Nokia Corp. (NOK) stock surged 3.20 percent to $3.87 in pre-market trading. The company stock tumbled more than 7 percent in regular trading Wednesday.
Delta Air Lines, Inc. (DAL) stock advanced 2.14 percent to $13.39 in pre-market trading. The stock has a 52-week low of $8.13, a 52-week high of $13.38 and $11.15 billion in market capitalization.
