Ultra Clean Holdings Inc. (UCTT) stock climbed 9.02 percent to $5.80 in pre-market trade. The company announced that it has signed a merger agreement with Advanced Integration Technologies. Ultra Clean will pay a purchase price of approximately $99 million and the transaction is expected to close on June 30, 2012, subject to satisfaction of the foregoing conditions.
Seadrill Ltd. (SDRL) stock climbed 7.12 percent to $38.20 in premarket session. The stock has a 52-week low of $24.68, a 52-week high of $42.34 and $16.68 billion in market capitalization.
Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) stock surged 6.03 percent to $16.35 in premarket session. China based Alibaba Group and Yahoo announced Sunday that they have entered into a definitive agreement for a staged and comprehensive value realization plan for Yahoo's stake in Alibaba.
Frontline Ltd. (FRO) stock surged 4.05 percent to $4.88 in premarket session.
ABB Ltd. (ABB) stock gained 3.06 percent to $16.48 in premarket trading. The company announced on Monday that it has won an order worth around $33 million from NTPC Ltd.

Lowe's Cos. (LOW) stock plunged 3.09 percent to $27.60 in premarket session after lowering its fiscal 2012 earnings forecast. The company expects fiscal 2012 earnings to be in a range of $1.73 to $1.83 per share, down from prior estimation of $1.75 to $1.85 per share and against analysts' estimation of $1.87 per share.
