Pregnant 'Little Women: LA' Star Jasmine Arteaga Sorge Posts Instagram Picture With Son Mason

Pregnant “Little Women: LA” star Jasmine Arteaga Sorge posted a sentimental Instagram message for her son, Mason. She documented part of her pregnancy for Season 5 of the Lifetime reality show.

Sorge shared a picture of herself next to Mason. The three-year-old sucked his thumb and she cradled her burgeoning belly. “As I lay here with you cherishing our three years of just us I look forward to seeing you as a big brother,” she penned Tuesday. “This is a bitter sweet moment, mommy feels nervous, scared and excited! Love you so much mason and I hope to be a great mommy of two and try my hardest to give my love and time to the both of you.” The post was liked nearly 15,000 times by her 278,000 followers.

Arteaga, 31, confirmed her pregnancy in June. She did not disclose the gender of the baby.

Her due date is “later this year,” according to People Magazine. “So far she’s had no complications,” her rep told the publication in June. “She’s waiting to find out the sex of the baby but is thrilled that she’s pregnant again.”

Even though she was healthy through her pregnancy, she was “monitored closely” for leukemia. Since the Los Angeles hairstylist has a low immunity, Sorge had a higher risk of getting the blood cancer.

Just like the baby’s sex, it’s unknown if he or she will be a little person. Sorge’s son, Mason, and her husband, Chris, are average-sized.

Sorge rallied behind co-star Terra Jolé, who competed on Season 23 of “Dancing With the Stars.” “You did it again @terrajole first 9 of the season,” she wrote in September. “So proud of you.. make sure you vote.”

It’s unknown if “Little Women: LA” will return to Lifetime for Season 6.
