“Pretty Little Liars” returned for its fifth season on June 10 with a bang – literally. An unmasked “A” not only threatened the girls with a gun, but a surprise twist resulted in Aria knocking their arch nemesis to her death.

The mystery person that has been torturing Alison, Emily, Hanna, Spencer and Aria turned out to be Alison’s childhood friend, Shana. And while she might be dead, the teens still have a lot of problems on their plate. Fortunately, ABC Family has provided some juicy sneak peek videos to make the wait for episode 2, “Whirly Girlie,” a little less painful:

Sneak Peek 1

The first clip released from episode 2 shows the five reunited friends getting off a bus at Rosewood. However, after years on the run, Alison is having doubts about returning to her hometown.

“Stop,” Emily says to Alison, grabbing her arm when her friend tries to get back on the bus. “You don’t need to run anymore. ‘A’ is gone.”

The bus pulls away without Alison on it, but the formerly missing teen is still uncertain about the next step. While Spencer seems to have a plan in place, Alison thinks that she needs to speak with her mom first.

Sneak Peek 2

The second sneak peek video shows all five girls showing up at the Rosewood Police Station – ready to talk.

“Are you Detective Holbrook?” Alison asks when the officer goes to greet them. “I think you’ve been looking for me.”

Holbrook acknowledges that he knows who she is, and kindly asks her to start telling her mysterious story … starting with the night that she disappeared.

Sneak Peek 3

The third and final clip from “Whirly Girlie” shows a scene that fans have been dying for – Alison interacting with her brother, Jason. And surprisingly it’s not as awkward or tense as “Pretty Little Liars” viewers would believe it to be. In fact, Jason seems to be acting a little protective of his sister.

In the video, Jason is hanging out on the porch when Alison joins him. He initially tells her to go back into the house in order to save her from the slew of reporters that are camping out down their street. However Alison reassures him that she’s not planning on walking around town, she simply just wants to sit on her front steps.

“You haven’t asked me many questions,” she cautiously says to her brother. “How come?”

“Figured you might need your space,” Jason says, shrugging.

“What was mom’s reaction … when she found out I was still alive,” Alison continued.

“She was stunned,” Jason counters. “What’d you expect?”

And unfortunately fans will have to wait for Alison’s response.
