‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 7 Premiere Title Released; What Does It Reveal?
“Pretty Little Liars” fans don’t have a premiere date for Season 7 yet, but they do have other exciting news about the Freeform series. Creator Marlene King revealed the title of the Season 7 premiere on Twitter Thursday.
“Season 7 premiere title is ‘Tic Tock, B----es,’” King replied to a fan. And based on the events from the Season 6 finale, it’s easy to assume that the title is referring to Hanna’s (Ashley Benson) fate.
For those that missed the Season 6 finale Tuesday, Hanna and Caleb (Tyler Blackburn) put a plan in place to trap their new stalker. Hanna lied and said that she was the one who killed Charlotte (Vanessa Ray) and set up a meeting with the new “A.” Caleb and the others locked Hanna in a room at the Lost Woods Resort and created some traps to snap a photo of their stalker and zap them with an electric fence.
They managed to get a photo of the culprit but they also lost Hanna in the process. When they returned to the room, they discovered that “A” had kidnapped Hanna by going through a tunnel underneath the floor. When the episode ended, “A” had sent one last text to the Liars, telling them that they were free to go. The Season 7 premiere title seems to hint that the gang will be racing against the clock to get to Hanna before it’s too late. That's good to hear, especially since another clip showed her being dragged with blood coming out of her mouth.
But that wasn’t the only jaw dropper in the Season 6 finale. As previously mentioned, the group was able to get a photo of the new “A.” They were all shocked when they saw who was caught — and for good reason. The cameras appeared to have captured Mrs. DiLaurentis (Andrea Parker), who died in an earlier season. But as viewers discovered, it wasn’t the real Mrs. DiLaurentis. It was her twin, Mary Drake. Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Toby (Keegan Allen) were able to find a secret room in the basement of The Radley. The room used to hold old files but was empty except for one folder. The documents revealed that a baby named Charles was born to a woman named Mary Drake while she was institutionalized at Radley Sanitarium. Mrs. DiLaurentis and her husband had adopted the baby and tried to pass him off as if he was their own.
Mary Drake is now back in action and wants revenge for Charlotte’s death. And she’s also got an interesting accomplice — Alison’s (Sasha Pieterse) new husband, Elliot (Huw Collins).
