Prince Harry was such an adorable baby boy and Princess Diana doted on him nonstop.

In an unearthed video from the Duke of Sussex’s christening in 1984, the Princess of Wales is carrying Prince Harry in her arms. Princess Diana is clad in her blue dress and matching blue hat for the huge event.

The video shows Princess Diana calling out to her niece, Zara Tindall, the daughter of Princess Anne. The late royal wants to introduce Prince Harry to his older cousin while at his christening.

But before Zara rushed to Prince Harry and Princess Diana, Peter Phillips first approaches his younger cousin and holds his hand. Prince Harry starts fussing before Zara could reach him.

It is unclear why 3-month-old Prince Harry started feeling uncomfortable in the situation. Luckily for him, Princess Diana was there to comfort her youngest son.

When Princess Diana was still alive, she was a very hands-on mom to her two boys. She usually took them outside of the palace so that they could play outdoors.

During one occasion, the trio was photographed while Princess Diana was assisting Prince William on his horse. The second in line to the throne is wearing an equestrian hat while Prince Harry was tugging at the horse’s snout.

Prince Harry was still very young at that time so he wasn’t allowed to ride the horse yet. But he obviously enjoyed the time he spent with his older brother and late mother at that time.

Meanwhile, Princess Diana previously described her sons and said that they couldn’t be more different from each other.

“William is deep like his dad and stubborn, and Harry is a hothead like me; he does the first thing that comes into his head… They will look after the heir and they will look after the spare… I have to… Charles and I worked so hard to ensure both boys receive equal amounts of our time and love,” she said.
