Prince Harry Is Like A 'Kidnap Victim,' Says Meghan Markle's Half-Sister

Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha Markle is targeting her estranged sibling once more after the Duchess of Sussex's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey Sunday.

In a new interview on an Australian radio show, Samantha claimed that Markle suffers from “narcissistic personality disorder.” She also suggested that her husband Prince Harry was the victim of Stockholm syndrome.

“I definitely see a narcissistic personality disorder. I’m not diagnosing her. She needs to see a counselor,” Samantha told “Fifi, Fev and Nick” after Markle and Prince Harry’s CBS sit-down aired.

“I feel sorry for Harry. She pulled him away from his family, all of his friends, the life that he knew. He reminds me of one of those kidnap victims who eventually starts to believe that their life was so horrible and they’re in love with their captor,” added the author, who has the same father as the duchess, Thomas Markle.

In unaired footage from the Oprah interview released on “CBS This Morning” Monday, Markle shared her thoughts on Samantha's new “tell-all” memoir, “The Diary of Princess Pushy’s Sister Part 1.”

“I think it would be very hard to tell all when you don’t know me,” the duchess said.

Markle also said that the last time she had seen Samantha “must have been at least 18, 19 years ago” and that she grew up “an only child.”

Referring to Markle's statement, Samantha said, “She had said, ‘I haven’t hadn’t seen Samantha for 19 years.’ Well, she was at my graduation from my bachelor degree — there was so many photos in the media that are … about that, and that was 2008, so don’t know about you, but if you do the math, 2008 to now is not 19 years!”

“To suggest that she was an only child was really delusional,” she added.

Samantha also didn't agree with her half-sister when the duchess told Winfrey, “I didn’t grow up knowing much about the royal family. … I never looked up my husband online.”

“She’s been seen in several photos in front of Buckingham palace!” Samantha said.

As for Prince Harry, he also made some explosive statements during their interview with Winfrey. “My father and my brother, they are trapped. It's a very trapping environment that a lot of them are stuck in,” the Duke of Sussex said.

Prince Harry also shared that he could not have left the royal family had he not met his wife.

“I was trapped, but I didn't know I was trapped. They don't get to leave,” he said of his relatives, adding that they are “trapped within the system” and that he has “huge compassion for that.”
