Prince Harry Looks ‘Terrible’ During Archie’s Baptism; ‘Inappropriate’ Suit, ‘Mismatched’ Shoes, Socks
Some thought Prince Harry looked terrible and a complete mess during his son Archie’s baptism.
On Saturday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrated their son Archie’s baptism. The couple opted to keep the ceremony private but released official photos after the event.
Netizens who were waiting for the photos quickly noticed Prince Harry’s outfit and a number of them felt that the new father looked “terrible” and a “mess” in his wardrobe. In the snap, Prince Harry wears a pale suit, light blue tie and brown shoes, Express reported.
“Charles and William appropriately dressed in dark suits. Harry looks the usual mess - inappropriate light suit paired with brown suede scuffed shoes and black socks??” one user wrote on Twitter.
“It's entirely appropriate to wear a celebratory light suit here. The shoe/sock mismatch is pretty bad though,” a different user commented.
Another user said that he noticed the mismatch in Prince Harry’s outfit too and pointed out that he thought they had helped in the wardrobe department.
“Who is styling him these days???? He looks like a scruff ball and that beard needs to be gone. Does nothing for him. How he can look this good years before and then now look like he picked whatever was lying around?” Emma Carroll wrote.
Prince Harry and Markle were slammed after spending $3.05 million for the Frogmore Cottage renovation. However, according to an insider, the couple’s home is like a “private oasis and sanctuary” with a very few staff members.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have financial restrictions and they don’t have the same financial resources as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge so they will not be hiring new staff or anything like the Cambridges do.
According to one member of Markle’s team, she is very down to earth and they don’t have a cook, so the former actress does the cooking. Prior to delivering Archie, she already prepared organic meals and froze them because she knew that she would be busy when their baby arrives.
Also, she didn’t hire a baby nurse but relied on the help of her mom, Doria Ragland, in the first week of being a mother, herself. She also didn’t hire a trainer to get back into shape. Instead, Markle practiced yoga with Doria, a professional yoga instructor, who took a course in postnatal yoga.
