Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Could Take 'Disastrous' Step Against Royals If Further Alienated
After taking to their Sussex Royal Instagram page to announce that they were leaving the British royal family, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have had to make a lot of choices regarding how they plan to move forward, including making a "difficult decision" about Archie Harrison.
Now, a new report has revealed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are contemplating giving a "potentially disastrous" new interview to Oprah Winfrey if they ultimately "do not get their way."
According to Daily Mail, royal family aides fear that Meghan and Harry could decide to take that step due to the fact that the Duchess' PR team is reportedly close with the one-time "Oprah Winfrey Show" host. Additionally, Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland, has also allegedly been seen exiting Oprah's home.
However, she is reportedly not the only person they are considering talking to. At this time, others have shared that they believe the former "Suits" actress' team has also contacted ABC, NBC, and CBS.

As for what the royal couple could discuss in the new interview, a royal source shared that both Meghan and Harry "feel the royals have been racist and sexist."
If they do end up speaking with the "Super Soul Sunday" host in the future, it would not be the first interaction that they had with her. In 2019, Prince Harry and Oprah announced that they were working on a new project that worked to reduce the stigma around mental health.
At this time, it remains unclear if the Duke and Duchess would also use the new interview to address any additional things, including reports that Queen Elizabeth II "triggered" them to leave the family or that a royal rule exists that could prevent them from exiting.
