Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Follow This Crucial Parenting Style From Princess Diana
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are expected to follow a crucial parenting style inspired by Princess Diana.
While speaking with Reuters, royal photographer Arthur Edwards said that since the Duke of Sussex had a pretty normal upbringing, he will most likely raise his child in the same manner.
“The Prince of Wales probably introduced him to Shakespeare and probably the Opera. But, Diana took them to McDonald’s and the cinema and took them to the arches to see homeless people to realize how much privilege they had,” he said.
However, some royal experts noted that Prince Harry and Markle’s baby won’t be able to get away from its privileged background. According to royal expert Robert Jobson, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s baby is going to be wealthy, extremely privileged, and will probably be privately educated to the nth degree.
Ingrid Seward, another royal expert, said that she doesn’t think there’s any member of the royal family that doesn’t want to raise their children as normal as possible.
“Even the Queen said she wanted her children to have as normal an upbringing as possible. But with the media attention, it’s actually not possible to have a totally normal upbringing,” she said.
Meanwhile, Prince Harry already gave an insight on how he plans to raise his children while giving a speech at London’s Wembley Arena earlier this month. Markle’s husband said that people should not judge others based on how they look, where they’re from, and how they identify themselves.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will welcome their firstborn sometime at the end of April or the beginning of March. As of late, it is still unclear if they will be having a baby boy or a baby girl.
While at Birkenhead, Markle told royal fans that she and her husband opted to wait until after the baby is born to know its gender. However, some royal fans are convinced that they will have a baby girl.
