Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Baby May Marry Before Prince Louis, Bets Suggest
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby is being pitted against Prince William and Kate Middleton’s youngest child, Prince Louis.
Punters recently claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s firstborn will get married first before its cousin. Online gambling site Betfair asked betters to choose between the two royal babies with regards to who will get married first. The bet currently offers odds on either baby at 10/11.
Katie Baylis, PR manager at Betfair, told Express that the bets would eventually change over time. “The marriage and GSCE bets would have defined times when a result is known. At this stage, we feel there are no factors of note which would make one child more or less likely to outperform or marry before each other and as such the betting reflects this,” she said.
Last weekend, Betfair also revealed that they have pitted Prince Harry and Markle’s baby with Prince Louis on which one will go bald first. According to the results, the unborn royal will most likely go bald before its cousin.
According to Baylis, the baldness and marriage markets are more popular than the GCSE grades at the moment.
“These markets were something our traders went out with based on previous interest from punters who have requested similar markets in the past,” she said.
Prince Harry and Markle will welcome their firstborn sometime in the Spring. While in Birkenhead, the Duchess of Sussex told one of the royal fans that her due date is sometime at the end of April. But since the former actress’ baby bump appears to be a little bit bigger than usual, some people are convinced that she will give birth much earlier.
Prince Louis, on the other hand, was born on April 23, 2018, at St. Mary’s Hospital’s Lindo Wing. Less than a day after he was born, Prince William and Middleton already introduced their youngest child to the world. Prince Louis has two older siblings, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.
