Prince Harry’s Ex Cressida Bonas Opens Up About ‘Fear’ With Ellie Goulding In Podcast

Prince Harry's ex Cressida Bonas opened up about fear with Ellie Goulding.

Bonas shared some teaser of her upcoming podcast “Fear Itself” on Instagram. She can be seen chatting with various personalities including Goulding and admitted that she has a “fear of saying the wrong thing and having the wrong opinion.”

“Throughout my life, I've experienced a form of fear, and it's either really motivated me, pushing me forward or limited me, holding me back,” Bonas said in a voiceover of the clip.

She also acknowledged the timing of her podcast. She admitted that she never thought she would released it in the middle of a global pandemic. She actually had second thoughts on pushing it but she realized that fears can “overwhelm and cause panic,” it can also be a “force for good.“

“I think podcasts can be a great way of connecting people by hearing other people’s stories and thoughts – making people feel less alone especially at unknown times like these. I hope this podcast can give small moments of distraction, entertainment and respite from the news,” she wrote in the podcast.

According to Bonas, she has been working for the Fear Itself project for over a year already and nearly stopped due to her own fears. However, she is very pleased that she persevered because it also paved the way for her to meet amazing and inspiring people.

Bonas and Prince Harry dated after his on-again, off-again relationship with Chelsy David was over for good. The two dated for two years and according to Katie Nicholl, Bonas was “spooked” when she saw Prince William, Kate Middleton and Prince George’s first international tour. The image of the future king and queen with their baby with the crowd watching them was a “wake=up call” that it wasn’t the kind of life she wanted, so she broke up with the Duke of Sussex.

“Harry suffered a real blow when she said ‘I can’t do this.’ I think she really broke his heart,” a source told Nicholl.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry was also romantically linked to Goulding. However, the two never addressed the romantic rumors between them.
