Prince William admits that he is inferior to his wife Kate Middleton in one area.

On Tuesday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Evelina London’s Children’s Hospital. During the said visit, Prince William shared that he was asked to make a “Welcome to Xmas Dinner” sign and was given the letter “E” to cut out. The royal father of three admitted that he struggled with it.

“My son knows I’m useless at this. Catherine is the artsy one,” Prince William said.

During the same visit to the charity, Middleton helped make bead bracelets and even remarked that her daughter, Princess Charlotte, would also love making some.

Middleton has an MA in the History of Art and it is believed that Prince George inherited his mom’s artistic skills. Prince George is interested in helicopters.

According to Prince William, in the morning that they were about to leave to Cyprus, he told his eldest son that they would meet the pilots. Prince George asked his dad to take a photo of the helicopter when he sees it.

Back in September, Prince William shared another interesting bit about his son. According to the Duke of Cambridge, Prince George was obsessed with dinosaurs. Due to their son’s interest in the said species, they were also learning more about it.

Prince George’s interest in dinosaurs and vehicles is common among children between 2 and 6 years old. In fact, the most common interests are vehicles including planes, trains and cars. The second most popular is dinosaurs.

According to Kelli Chen, a pediatric psychiatric occupational therapist, exploring a topic and mastering it is beneficial to kids in forming their career as adults. This is what kids feel when they develop an interest in a particular subject.

In related news, Prince William considered quitting school in the past. The prince reportedly got bored after his first semester at St. Andrews University in Scotland. At the time, the Duke of Cambridge told Prince Charles that he wished not to return to the school for another semester. The Prince of Wales was sympathetic, but Prince Philip had a blunt reaction.

“He needs to knuckle down and not wimp out," the Duke of Edinburgh said.

Prince William opted to stay after Middleton advised him to just change his course. Prince William earned a second-class honors degree after swapping Art History for Geography. Many believed that by doing so, Middleton saved Prince William from a personal disaster.
