Prince William and Kate Middleton’s next royal engagement has just been announced.

On Tuesday, Jan. 29, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Dundee to officially open V&A Dundee and to visit the landmark building at Dundee’s waterfront. The royal couple is expected to greet members of the public following their departure from the museum.

V&A Dundee first opened its doors to the public on Sept. 25, 2018, and it has already attracted more than 380,000 visitors. Middleton serves as the first royal patron of the V&A. The museum’s director, Philip Long, said that the museum was honored to welcome the royal couple, who are known as the Duke and Duchess of Strathearn in Scotland.

“This official opening marks the beginning of a very exciting year for V&A Dundee, with the upcoming exhibitions on video games, robots, and the future of design. Through an eclectic program, we aim to inspire people and provoke discussion about the role of design in everyone’s lives,” he said.

In related news, Prince William and Middleton also made headlines today for an entirely different reason. The Duke of Cambridge reportedly had a distant relationship with Camilla Parker Bowles. Royal biographer Christopher Wilson said that Camilla always had a hard time dealing with Prince Charles’ family.

“Though to all outward appearances she has the support and friendship of Prince William and Prince Harry, privately there is a distance,” he wrote for Daily Mail.

Meanwhile, Middleton and Meghan Markle have reportedly been targeted by online trolls a little too much, and the palace staff is having a hard time moderating what is published online.

Emily Nash, Hello! magazine’s royal correspondent, said that the rumors about Middleton and Markle’s feud became uncontrollable, especially after they made their rounds on social media. The palace staff is tasked to regulate what is published online, but doing so is very time-consuming.

A source told Nash that there is no other way to manage the negative and hateful comments against the duchesses but to delete, report and block people on social media.
