Prince Charles experienced bullying while he was in school even though everyone knew that he’s the heir to the throne and the son of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. But royal fans are wondering if his sons experienced the same thing while they were studying.

On the online forum site Quora, Linda Merrell said that the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex must have not experienced the same kind of bullying because they were very different from the future King.

“Both William and Harry had the luxury of a mother who made them as much a part of the world as she could, given their positions. They seemed very down-to-earth as children, right through their teen years,” she said.

But if one of the royal siblings was bullied in school, it was most likely Meghan Markle’s husband. This is because his older brother is more reserved, and he was the naughtier one. Multiple publications revealed that the Duke of Sussex grew up as a hardheaded and rebellious figure especially after the death of Princess Diana.

On the Channel 5 documentary “William & Harry: Princes At War?” royal expert Simon Vigar said that Prince Harry was usually blamed for his misconduct when the majority of the naughty things that he did were done in the company of Prince William. This means that the Duke of Cambridge also had his fair share of naughtiness but it was his younger brother who was blamed for it.

“Harry has obviously got into some scrapes which have landed him on the front pages of the newspapers but at plenty of those parties, particularly the teenage parties, William was there, Harry served as a really useful decoy,” he said.

And according to royal author Katie Nicholl, the constant blame on Prince Harry strained his relationship from Prince William. At some point, he refused to talk to his brother for quite some time.

“That was the first time the brothers really fell out because Harry resented the fact that he had taken all the blame but of course William was the heir, Harry took the flack and Harry was very cross about that,” she said.
