Prince William Raves Over Wife Kate Middleton's Cooking Skills During Visit To Charity

Prince William gushed over his wife, Kate Middleton, during a solo royal outing this week.
The Prince of Wales visited the headquarters of the charity Together as One Tuesday to see how it works to create positive social change.
During the visit, William joined a cooking lesson, which was part of a program that teaches young people how to cook nutritious food while coping with the challenges posed by the increasing cost of living, People reported.
In a video obtained by the Daily Mail from the visit, the heir to the British throne exclaimed, "Oh it smells good in here!" as he entered the kitchen.
He met chef Kevin Muhammad, who told him that they were preparing a chicken teriyaki dish.
"What time is it — 10, 11 in the morning? It's making my stomach rumble," Prince William replied.
The future king then opened up about who does the cooking at his home with his wife Kate and their three kids — Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 7, and Prince Louis. 4. He admitted that he does not do much experimenting in the kitchen before raving over the Princess of Wales' cooking skills.
"I do a bit of cooking, not much though," Prince William said. "Catherine's very good though."
When asked about his specialty, Prince William said, "I do a mean steak." However, he still needs more practice when it comes to making sauces.
"My sauces come out quite dry or lumpy — I've got to work on those!" he added.
Prince William stopped by the charity in Slough, England, ahead of its 25th anniversary. He shared via his and his wife's Instagram and Twitter some snaps from the visit and how the organization helps young people.
"Together As One empowers young people to lead social change in their community, teaching invaluable life skills and tackling major issues like bullying, knife crime and racism," the caption read.
"The breadth of work here is huge, from volunteers helping young people with conflict resolution training, to the Global Grub cooking programme helping to equip those faced with the rising cost of living with the skills to make healthy, nutritious food on a tight budget," the statement continued.
According to Prince William, the team raised money to provide clothes and meals for homeless people in and around Slough. He concluded his message by congratulating the charity on its milestone.
"Happy 25th anniversary @aiksaath and thank you for everything you do!" Prince William wrote.
The kitchen is a special place in Prince William and Middleton's home. The Prince of Wales previously opened up about their family's morning ritual in the kitchen in their country home of Anmer Hall in Norfolk, England, and how they bond over cooking in a special Christmas episode of Apple Fitness+'s "Time to Walk" series in December 2021.
Last year, Prince William and Middleton shared a clip of their three children baking cakes for the local community in Cardiff, Wales, to enjoy at a Platinum Jubilee street party. Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis had their own respective tasks, with Middleton overseeing them.
