They’ve been married for eight years, but prior to when Kate Middleton and Prince William’s relationship became official, the future King of England reportedly had a long list of rumored ex-girlfriends.

According to Express UK, the women have been an interesting assortment, including former friends from college, an aspiring writer, and an actress.

During his college years, the Prince was linked to women including Davina Duckworth-Chad, wannabe author Olivia Hunt, “The Voice UK” contestant Rose Farquhar, Carly Massy-Birth and actress Isabella Calthorpe.

According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, the relationship with Hunt came right before his romance with his future wife.

“William was seeing Olivia when he met Kate and when Kate came on the scene, Olivia moved off pretty quickly,” Nicholl said.

Middleton was Prince William’s most famous romance, and despite a brief split in 2007, the pair eventually reconciled and went on to become engaged in 2010. They wed in 2011 and have since welcomed three children together—Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

Unfortunately, the couple has been plagued by rumors recently of alleged infidelity on Prince William’s part with Middleton’s friend, Rose Hanbury. After rumors first surfaced that the Duchess of Cambridge had ordered the Marchioness of Cholmondeley be “phased out” of her inner circle, reports claimed it was because she had learned her husband had an affair with her during her third pregnancy. The rumors have since been reported to be untrue, but that hasn’t stopped the story from still circulating—including a recent report which states that Middleton and the children have moved out of the palace and moved back in with her mother, Carole Middleton.

The report, which surfaced in Star Magazine, claimed that Prince William confessed to his wife that he wasn’t happy in their marriage anymore and he felt that they were “losing their spark,” which, after the alleged cheating scandal, drove her away.
