Prince William’s New Haircut Is Reportedly By Amanda Cook Tucker
Prince William debuted his new closely-cropped haircut during attending church service at St Mary Magdalene church at Queen Elizabeth II’s Sandringham estate Sunday. This is his first major haircut in years. William’s hair is not only much shorter on the sides, but it also appears to be shaved on top.
The 33-year-old royal sent Twitter into a meltdown with his new “dad” hairstyle. Jordon-Lee a Twitter user said: “Everyone’s talking about The Duke of Cambridge’s new hair.” Another user Alyssa Ashton said that it was first Kate who got a new haircut and now William “got a dad haircut.”
His new hairstyle appeared to be much shorter on the sides and shaved on top. He is reportedly tackling his thinning hair. Though it is always Kate’s long glossy tresses that are the talking point every time, but at the church service it was William who made headlines with his new haircut.
It is being said that one of Kate’s go-to hairstylists Amanda Cook Tucker is the person behind William’s new look. She has been cutting William and Prince Harry’s hair since they were kids. And it was William who first recommended the stylist to his wife.
The 53-year-old royal hairdresser often cuts Kate’s hair at home. She is the one who is credited with transforming her on-point look both after the birth of Prince George as well as Princess Charlotte. She even traveled with William and Kate during their official tour of Asia in 2012.
Meanwhile, the 34-year-old royal mum debuted her royal lob during an official engagement with her husband at the ICAP Charity Day program. And it was celeb hairstylist Richard Ward who gave the mother-of-two a new look. He has been styling the Middletons for over 12 years and Kate has been visiting the Richard Ward salon since her university days.
