Princes Charles, William, Harry Look Charming In First Day Of School Photos

Prince Charles, Prince William, and Prince Harry’s first day of school from decades ago was recently revisited after Prince George returned to Thomas’s Battersea this week.

On Wednesday, Prince William and Kate Middleton also accompanied Princess Charlotte on her first day at the institution. And one day later, the Cambridges released an adorable photo of Prince George and Princess Charlotte standing on the steps of Kensington Palace before they went to school.

In 1962, Prince Charles was photographed during his first day at Gordonstoun. In the snap, the future King is accompanied by his dad, Prince Philip. Even though Prince Charles’ experience at Gordonstoun wasn’t very pleasant, he still has a huge smile on his face while shaking hands with headmaster Robert Chew.

Years later, Princess Diana accompanied her adorable sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, to Wetherby School. The royal siblings are in their matching uniforms, and they are also smiling from ear to ear.

The late royal couldn’t help but stare at her young boys, and it’s evident how proud she must have felt during the special moment. One year earlier, Princess Diana accompanied Prince William to the same school.

Two years ago, Prince George was also photographed outside Thomas’s Battersea for the first time. The young royal was accompanied by Prince William during the outing. In the snap, the third in line to the throne is shaking the hands of the headteacher.

Several years ago, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were also photographed during their first day of school. In one of the throwback photos, Sarah Ferguson is accompanying Princess Beatrice to Upton House. The young royal looks adorable in her blue uniform and hat.

Years later, Fergie once again accompanied her daughters to their first day of school. Princess Eugenie joined Princess Beatrice at Upton House two years after the latter first studied there.
