Princes William, Harry Vowed No One Could Access Kate, Meghan, Will Support Lawsuit
Prince William and Prince Harry were rumored to be feuding with each other earlier this year. But even though this could’ve been the case, the royal siblings have the same desire.
While speaking with Us Weekly, Princess Diana’s former royal butler, Paul Burrell, said that at the end of the day, the Duke of Cambridge and the Duke of Sussex vowed that no one would be granted unwanted access into the lives of their wives, Kate Middleton, and Meghan Markle, respectively.
Since the brothers are very protective and loving towards their wives, Prince William understands why Prince Harry felt the need to file a lawsuit against the press. The dad of three will also be supporting his younger brother while Prince Harry is dealing with his case.
Burrell’s statement debunked the previous claim made by Express royal reporter Richard Palmer. He said that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex didn’t receive any support from the royal household after they filed the lawsuit.
“Nobody in the Royal Family or the Royal Household is supporting Harry and Meghan at the moment. Even the couple’s aides seem embarrassed by their actions. William, who dropped his brother like a ton of hot bricks earlier this year, and Charles have distanced themselves,” he tweeted.
Meanwhile, there have also been reports claiming that Prince Harry didn’t consult with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, and Prince William before he released a statement regarding his lawsuit and his wife. Royal experts also claimed that the Queen is upset over the timing of her grandson’s statement.
But other royal sources said that this isn’t the case. Prince Harry sought the Queen’s permission before he released a statement. He also informed Prince Charles about the lawsuit that he filed beforehand.
In his statement, Prince Harry accused two publications of releasing fake stories about Markle, especially while she was pregnant with Archie. He also said that the publications are promoting their personal agenda by attacking his wife.
