Princess Beatrice Follows Royal Protocol More While Princess Eugenie Is Classier, Expert Says
Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are very close to each other. However, they are also very different in some ways.
While speaking with Express, stylist Melita Latham revealed that Princess Beatrice is the one who follows royal protocol more than Princess Eugenie. But the latter is believed to be classier and more fashionable than her older sister.
“Princess Eugenie has a look of comfort with class whereas Princess Beatrice does appear to follow royal protocol more so than her sister. Eugenie is not afraid to rock a pair of black boots and jeans when in the hands of her equally relaxed husband,” she said.
Latham said that Princess Eugenie is still human after all so her comfort is also of utmost importance. After all, the public’s glare can be quite intimidating.
Princess Beatrice, on the other hand, is also quite fashionable in her own right but her style is very similar to what her friends wear.
Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice also made headlines this week after rumors swirled that her boyfriend, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, might propose to her on her birthday. Bookies have also suspended the betting on whether the couple will tie the knot soon because they are convinced that engagement will take place this year.
But as of late, Princess Beatrice and Mozzi are still not engaged. Once they are, the announcement will come from the palace.
Princess Eugenie has also been making headlines recently since she’s rumored to be expecting her first child with Jack Brooksbank. However, an announcement still hasn’t been made by the palace.
The royal siblings were also rumored to have been snubbed by Queen Elizabeth II. Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said that the royal siblings are not given an allowance from the Privy Purse.
“It is absolutely true that both sisters are in a royal no man’s land, getting attention particularly when they holiday, but not being working royals and having very little public appeal,” he said.
