Princess Charlene has made her second public outing since returning to Monaco.

The princess — who returned to the principality in March after undergoing a four-month treatment in a Switzerland facility — joined her husband Prince Albert and their 7-year-old twins Prince Jaques and Princess Gabriella at the Saint Devote Rugby Tournament Saturday.

The annual youth athletics competition, which returns after two years of hiatus due to the pandemic, is sponsored by Princess Charlene and her foundation and welcomes 100 under-12-year-olds for seven-side rugby, People reported.

The tournament is described by people within Princess Charlene's circle as "perhaps the event closest to her heart," the outlet noted.

The mother of two shared snaps from the outing on Instagram.

"Great day at St Devote Rugby. God bless you all," she wrote in the caption with a red heart emoji.

One photo showed Princess Charlene hugging her children, while another shot was of the family of four standing together. The third photo featured the royal family sporting sunglasses as they clapped and cheered for the participants.

Princess Charlene can also be seen posing with the pre-teen athletes from 14 nations at the Stade Louis II in another snap.

Princess Chalene's followers were delighted to see her at the event following her long absence.

"It is a pleasure to see you with your children who need you so much," one fan wrote. "I am so happy to see you. God bless you and your kids," another commented.

"May the Lord hold you in His loving hands and fill your heart with love and peace," a third person wrote, while another commented, "God bless you and your wonderful family, Princess Charlene!"

This outing comes a week after Princess Charlene appeared at the Monaco E-Prix with her family and participated in the trophy presentations. It was her first public appearance in over a year.

Princess Chalene got sick when she was in South Africa in May 2021 for what was supposed to be a 10-day visit. However, complications from a previous ENT procedure grounded her in the country for six months. After undergoing several corrective procedures, she returned to Monaco in November 2021.

Shortly after her return, she flew to Switzerland after exhibiting signs of "exhaustion, both emotional and physical." She decided to seek help in a professional facility outside Monaco.

Princess Charlene returned in mid-March with the understanding that she would avoid public appearances while "continuing her convalescence in the Principality with her husband and her children by her side," according to the palace.
