Princess Diana Reportedly Bought Princes William, Harry Adult Magazines For This Reason
Princess Diana reportedly bought her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, adult magazines when they were teenagers.
In the Amazon Prime documentary “Serving the Royals: Inside the Firm,” Princess Diana’s former royal butler, Paul Burrell, claimed the late Princess of Wales thought it would be interesting for her sons to see ladies in magazines.
Burrell also revealed that he was tasked to buy magazines for the royal siblings. He said that he agreed to do what Princess Diana asked him to do because it was part of his job.
Before Princess Diana passed away in 1995, she revealed to BBC how she advised her sons to find someone that they love, hang on to her and look after her throughout their lives.
“And if you are lucky enough to find someone who loves you, then one must protect it,” she said.
Unfortunately for Prince William and Prince Harry, they did not have enough years to be with their mom. But the lessons that Princess Diana imparted on them are something that they have taken seriously.
Prince William dated a slew of women, but he decided to wed Kate Middleton in 2011. During their engagement interview, he said that he knew there was something special about the Duchess of Cambridge from the first time they met.
Prince Harry, on the other hand, also dated a number of women but he decided to settle down with Meghan Markle. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex started dating in 2016 after their common friend set them up on a blind date.
“I was beautifully surprised when I walked into that room and saw her as she was sitting there. I was like ‘OK, well I’m really going to have up my game,’” Prince Harry told BBC during his engagement interview.
Prince Harry and Markle tied the knot on May 19 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Prince William and Middleton’s wedding took place at Westminster Abbey, and they have been blessed with three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.
