Princess Eugenie’s wedding dress will be very different from Meghan Markle’s bridal gown.

Luxury wedding dress designer Caroline Castigliano told Express that she thinks Princess Eugenie’s wedding will a 50s classic style that’s beautifully fitted on her body. Markle, on the other hand, opted for a sleek and sculpted dress for her wedding to Prince Harry on May 19.

“I think she will have quite a floaty sort of skirt. I think when she worn 50s style dresses if you look back, I think she wore one for the races. They are the sort of styling that really suits her figure. I think 50s is quite fashionable right now if I am perfectly honest with you,” she said.

Castigliano is also predicting that Princess Eugenie’s gown will be simple, but it may also feature some lace in it.

“I think it will be sort of 50s contemporary modern if you want to look at it like that. But it is not going to be a fashion dress and it is going to be nothing like Meghan’s,” she said.

When asked if she thinks Princess Eugenie’s dress will be similar to what Kate Middleton wore in April 2011, the designer said that it won’t.

“No, I think Kate’s is, what I call, just a traditional wedding dress. Kate’s was clear tradition, high neck, long lace sleeves. I won’t be surprised if she does have a sleeve but I don’t think it is necessary. She might well be in strapless. But I think she will be much more floaty, much more romantic. Just much more of that softness and of that young girl romance,” she concluded.

Princess Eugenie previously confirmed to British Vogue that her wedding dress designer is from the United Kingdom. However, she is following in the footsteps of the other female royals that revealed the identities of their designers on the day of their wedding.

Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson’s youngest daughter will tie the knot with Jack Brooksbank on Oct. 12 at 11 a.m. at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle.
