She also shared the same photos on SONA's official Instagram account Saturday and wrote a heartfelt note to accompany the post.
The actress thanked everyone for supporting the restaurant and making it a success. She also noted that it was her first visit since the restaurant opened in March.

"SONA is truly an absolute dream come to life. It feels like only yesterday Maneesh, David, Chef Hari, and I were discussing the initial idea of creating a fine dining destination for Indian food in NYC."
Earlier in March, the actress announced to her 65 million followers on Instagram that she would open her restaurant later that month. She also revealed chef Hari Nayak would lead its kitchen.
"I'm thrilled to present to you SONA, a new restaurant in NYC that I poured my love for Indian food into," she wrote in the post. "The kitchen is helmed by the incredible Chef @harinayak, a masterful talent, who has created the most delicious and innovative menu, taking you on a food journey through my amazing country."
