Angelina Jolie continues to prove her prowess as the star of awards season. The gorgeous actress looked ravishing on the 2012 Producers Guild Awards red carpet in sultry black gown on Saturday, Jan. 21.
Jolie donned a Michael Kors black double face stretch wool crepe column gown with lace sleeves and a thigh-high split. The dress is from Kors' Pre-Fall 2012 collection. Jolie topped off her look with Ferragamo heels and Robert Procop jewels. This stunning ensemble is fresh off the heels of her Best-Dressed Golden Globes outfit, a red and white silken Atelier Versace gown.
The 36-year-old beauty was joined by partner Brad Pitt at the 2012 Producers Guild Awards. Pitt opted for a sharp Gucci suit.
Other red carpet lovelies included Sofia Vergara, Evan Rachel Wood and Jessica Chastain.
Jolie was honored with the Stanley Kramer Award for her work on In the Land of Blood and Honey, her directorial debut.
What I hope is that our film helps people not forget the past, she said. I want people to see what these people have gone through and that they are able to tell their story through their bravery. Their story matters.
The Artist was another big winner of the night, following its Golden Globe success. The film took the top honor at the 2012 Producers Guild Awards -- Motion Picture ofthe Year. Producer Thomas Langmann snagged best producer award, beating out The Descendants.
The Artist is well on its way to being an Oscar-favorite. Nominations come on Tuesday and the silent film starring Jean Dujardin, who won the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy.
