Peng Sun

Peng Sun was born on October 16, 1976 in Shandong Province, China. Mr. Sun began his own start-ups at the age of 19, and invested in various business ventures until he founded his first major business in 2009.

As a native of Tai’an City, Sun founded the Shandong Tai’an Jincheng Enterprise Group. The Shandong Tai’an Jincheng Enterprise Group is known for investment guarantees, the processing and sale of jewelry, hotel catering, and various businesses in the agricultural industry and cultural industry.

In 2017, Sun was appointed as the President of the South Africa Taishan International Mining Investment Group. The South African Taishan International Mining Investment Group was originally founded in 2000, and boasts of valuable mining resources mainly located in Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique.Mining resources under the company include more than ten gold mines, diamond mines and rare metal mines amongst other, total of which is valued at over Two Trillion Dollars.

In February 2020, with the support of the Zimbabwe Ministry of Mines and Mining Development, the company reorganized its assets and restructured into AMBC International Industrial Group with Sun as the CEO and the President of the Board of Directors.

Amongst various other achievements throughout Peng Sun’s life, in 2010, Sun was honored as a Top Ten Ethical Entrepreneur inChina’s Investment Guarantee Industry. In 2011, Sun was honored as a Tai’an Top Ten Private Entrepreneur Leader. In 2012, Sun was appointed the Vice Chairman of the Tai’an Federation of Industry and Commerce, and in the same year was awarded the Chinese National Industry Model Worker Award.

In 2019, Sun was appointed as the Director of the Mining Resources and Digital Assets Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Management Science. In the same year, Sun was nominated for the Vice Chairman of the Council of China’s Foreign Trade.

In 2020, Sun was appointed the Vice President of the Africa Zimbabwe Chinese Commerce Association. In the same year, Sun was also appointed as the National Brand Global Promotion Ambassador and the Director of ZhongNanshan Innovation Charity Foundation.
