‘Property Brothers’ Stars Drew, Jonathan Scott Introduce ‘Good-Looking’ Brother J.D. Scott

Drew and Jonathan Scott have been starring in their popular reality show “Property Brothers” since the premiere of the HGTV show, but unbeknown to viewers, they also have a third brother.

On Tuesday, April 11, the official “Property Brothers” Twitter account shared a new post featuring Drew and Jonathan teasing the upcoming episode. “Now that's the kind of reveal reaction you want! See what all the fuss is about in one hour! #PropertyBrothers | @hgtvcanada,” the caption read.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the “Property Brothers” stars finally introduced the third Scott sibling, J.D. The twins revealed that their mysterious brother was a former Adam Lambert impersonator and joked that they keep him away from the camera because of his good looks. “He’s the good-looking brother, so we had to keep him out of sight,” Jonathan jokingly told ET.

Drew jokingly compared their brother to a beloved fictional character and said they did not want him to steal the spotlight from them. “Much like Harry Potter, we kept J.D. under the stairs [as] we didn’t want him to overshadow us,” he joked.

J.D. made headlines recently after a photo of him with Drew and Jonathan was posted online by Brad Esposito of BuzzFeed. The latter admitted that he was surprised after learning that the “Property Brothers” stars have another sibling because they are well-known and have such distinct appearances. He discovered the third brother by chance when he saw all three in People magazine. “How could someone from such a well-known and respected family (the Property Family) have flown under the radar for so long? Especially when they look like a ‘Dragon Ball Z’ character,” he wrote.

Esposito apparently did his own research and posted a photo of the trio. It turns out that most were also not aware that the HGTV stars had a sibling who worked behind the camera instead of in front of it.

The photo received massive response on Twitter, with some users even commenting that J.D.’s hair looked similar to that of Fall Out Boy lead singer Pete Wentz. But most just expressed their disbelief over this big reveal. “Did you guys know that there is a third property brother im [sic] shook,” another user tweeted.
