Korean pop star Psy recently bought a condo in Los Angeles.

The singer purchased his $1.249 million pad in the swanky Blair House on Wilshire Boulevard near Beverly Hills “Gangnam Style” by paying for it in cash, TMZ reported; he had the money wired from Korea.

The 2,776 square-foot condo has two bedroom spaces on one of the lower floors of the 29-story Blair House, featuring large windows and modern fixtures.

According to TMZ, Psy plans to remodel his new home.

The singer has reached international acclaim with his single “Gangnam Style,” which has especially taken the U.S. by storm and become an Internet sensation on YouTube. The music video has now reached about one billion views, and it has been parodied many times.

“Gangnam Style” refers to the opulent lifestyle associated with the Gangnam District of Seoul, Korea.

Psy has apparently completed his transition in American pop culture, having signed a record deal with Scooter Braun in September, Forbes reported. Braun is also the manager for teen pop singer Justin Bieber.
