Pumpkin Shannon Shows Off Baby Bump In Post-Mother’s Day Instagram Update

Lauryn “Pumpkin” Shannon has shared an update on her second pregnancy with her fans via social media.

Early this week, the 21-year-old We TV star took to Instagram to show off her growing baby bump. In the snap Pumpkin shared, she is seen smiling to the camera while holding her belly with her right hand.

“It’s a hot mom summer,” she captioned the snap showing her in a denim jumper overall and a colorful t-shirt with a printed smiley. She is also seen rocking eyeglasses in the photo.

Many fans quickly flooded the comments section with positive messages for the soon-to-be mother of two.

“You look so beautiful. I hope you have a safe and healthy pregnancy,” one wrote.

“Well there is one thing we ALL know about you Pumpkin, you’re a fantastic mom!!! Congratulations and prayers for a ‘happy no stress’ pregnancy!” another commented.

Several also took a guess on the sex of the “Mama June: Road To Redemption” star’s second baby.

“Congrats to you Pumpkin. I say it’s a boy,” one fan stated.

“I hope it’s another girl! Ella needs a sister,” another wrote.

“Your [sic] carrying so low. Usually high & round is a boy. My daughter just had a boy,” a third fan commented.

People exclusively revealed early April that Pumpkin was expecting another baby with husband Joshua Efird, 24, and she’s due this July.

“We weren't really expecting. We also weren't trying either, but we weren't preventing. Everybody knows Ella's 3 now, so it's taken me that long to get pregnant. Because for a while, I was on birth control and then I got off of birth control for a year and a half. And then I found out that I was pregnant,” she was quoted as saying by the outlet at the time.

Meanwhile, a day prior making her latest social media update, Pumpkin received a heartfelt Mother’s Day tribute from her mom, June Shannon, 41.

In an Instagram post, Mama June lauded her daughter for being an “awesome” mom to both Ella and her upcoming baby. She also thanked Pumpkin for stepping up and taking care of her younger sister Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, 15, when she couldn’t because of her addiction problem.
