Queen Elizabeth, Sarah Ferguson Are Princess Beatrice's Role Models For These Reasons

Princess Beatrice revealed the two women in her life she looks up to the most in a past interview.

Hello!'s exclusive interview with Princess Beatrice in October 2017 recently resurfaced and at the time, Prince Andrew's eldest daughter shared how influential her mom and grandmother are to her. "I have two role models, my mother and my grandmother," Princess Beatrice told the publication. "They are both formidable women. I think having female role models is incredibly important and I am very lucky that I happen to be related to these two incredible women."

"I find my grandmother inspiring every day because her overwhelming sense of duty is linked with an overwhelming curiosity. Every day she’s curious to learn something new, to do something new, and I think that at 91 years old, she goes out into the community with a genuine curiosity as to how she can be a force for good in the world," Princess Beatrice said about the monarch.

Princess Beatrice also praised how Her Majesty works hard and looks for ways to inspire communities. She particularly loves Queen Elizabeth II's dedication.

On the other hand, Princess Beatrice agreed that her mom, Sarah Ferguson, is "one of the most misunderstood women in the world." If there's one thing she learned from the Duchess of York, it's to find joy no matter what her circumstances are.

"I am so lucky that I get to learn from her every single day. I'm inspired by her ability to give, even when she’s going through something hard," Princess Beatrice said about Ferguson.

Prince Andrew and Ferguson have separated for over two decades now. However, they remain amicable with each other and share the same incredible love for their daughters. The family still spend time together and have nothing but love for each other.

In a recent interview, Princess Eugenie also opened up about their family. According to the next royal bride, she's very happy with her family.

Princess Eugenie considers Prince Andrew her rock. She also stressed how important Princess Beatrice and Ferguson are. "Especially my mum. I wouldn't be able to make tough decisions without her. And my sister. My mum always says that we're the only ones who know exactly what's going on in each other's lives," she said.
