Queen Elizabeth ‘So Fond’ Of Prince Harry’s Wife Meghan Markle, Expert Says

Meghan Markle has already received the royal family’s approval for Prince Harry.

There have been rumors claiming that Prince William and Prince Harry have a falling-out because the former didn’t approve the “Suits” star for the latter. However, royal expert Katie Nicholl had a different opinion. She told Fox News that contrary to reports, Markle is “warmly included and accepted” in the royal fold.

According to Nicholl, Prince Charles, Prince William, Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth II have all approved Markle for Prince Harry. Her Majesty, in particular, really like Markle a lot.

The Vanity Fair royal correspondent added that it’s very important for Prince Harry to get the Queen’s approval because they have a loving relationship. In fact, this is among the reasons why his and Markle’s courtship was done in Windsor. The Queen’s fondness for Markle is also evident in different ways.

According to Nicholl, she was impressed at the responsibility that Queen Elizabeth II gave to the Duchess of Sussex.

“The queen likes Meghan. She recognizes how happy Meghan makes Harry, but she also sees how capable Meghan is as a royal. She showed them how much she thought of Meghan in the early days before they were actually married when she invited Meghan to be a part of the Commonwealth Day service. Quite an important event in the royal calendar. And there was Meghan before she was actually married into the royal family,” Nicholl said.

Nicholl added that the Queen is so fond of the former actress that she did not just invite Markle to her personal and intimate family gatherings leading up to her royal wedding, she actually put the “Horrible Bosses” star to work as a future duchess.

“The queen put Meghan on that world stage before she was even a member of the royal family,” Nicholl continued. "I remember being really struck by that, surprised and impressed. The way Meghan has been fast-tracked into the royal family has been quite unique.”

Meanwhile, some royal fans loved Kate Middleton, but they started to dislike the Duchess of Cambridge after seeing Markle’s work ethics. A number of them said that they were disappointed with Middleton because she’s been with the royal family for eight years and she seemed stuck at year one.
