Two of the greatest tennis players in history will face off, once again, in a Grand Slam tournament. Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal are set to meet Tuesday in the quarterfinals of the 2022 French Open.

The match between Djokovic and Nadal starts at 2:45 p.m. ET. Fans can watch the French Open match on the Tennis Channel.

The No. 1 ranked player in the world, Djokovic is a significant betting favorite. Djokovic has -240 odds at FanDuel Sportsbook to win the match. Nadal is a +198 underdog. Djokovic has +220 odds to win in straight sets, while Nadal has +750 odds to win 3-0.

Djokovic got the better of Nadal in last year’s French Open. Djokovic eliminated the King of Clay in the semifinal in four sets before winning the championship at Roland Garros.

A 13-time French Open winner, Nadal had only three losses in 108 French Open matches after the 2021 semifinal. Djokovic has beaten Nadal twice in the tournament.

There is plenty on the line in the 59th career match between the two tennis greats. By winning the 2022 Australian Open, Nadal moved into first-place all-time with 21 Grand Slam titles. Unable to play in the tournament because of his COVID-19 vaccination status, Djokovic has 20 Grand Slam titles, tied with Roger Federer for No. 2.

Djokovic has 30 career head-to-head wins over Nadal and has dominated the sport with eight Grand Slam championships in his last 13 tries. Nadal has won 77% of the French Opens since 2005.
