Viewers in the U.S can watch the Paris Masters games on Tennis Channel.

25-year-old Paul has improved his game over the last couple of years, winning his maiden senior ATP title in 2021 at the Stockholm Open.

Nadal and Paul have played each other only once so far, with their meeting coming earlier this year in Mexico. Nadal defeated the American player in straight sets in the quarter-final of the Acapulco Open, which the former World No. 1 went on to win.

Nadal, 36, who appeared only in the Laver Cup after his Round of 16 loss in the US Open, confirmed last month that he and his wife Xisca welcomed a baby boy - their first child together.

Speaking ahead of the Paris Masters, Nadal opened up on how hard it was to leave.

"It's a different approach compared to usual. Always has been tough to leave home. It's quite interesting how even after two or three weeks, to leave your son at home and not be able to see him, it's interesting how even after only three weeks knowing him, you start missing him," Nadal told reporters.

"All the changes are difficult in this life, and you need to adapt to it. It's at the same time true that we are lucky today that, with technology, we can do video calls any time you want, so that always helps," the Spaniard added.
