Randall Emmett has broken his silence on the rumors that he is being investigated.
In a video uploaded on Instagram Friday, the 51-year-old producer denied his ex-wife Ambyr Childers' allegations that the FBI is investigating him for pedophilia.
"I am at a place where I feel I have to come out and say something that actually was the truth versus ... the things that have been said about me. Everything under the sun ... narcissist, cheater, but at the end of the day I took the hard road because I have three beautiful girls," he said. "But at this point, the lies have been stretched so far."
"We spent today getting confirmation because we knew there was no truthfulness to any of this, that the FBI has never been investigating me and isn't investigating me because there's nothing to investigate," he claimed.
Emmett went on to slam "cancel culture," claiming anyone can say whatever they want and some will consider it the truth. He clarified that he has custody of all his children.
"I've been a dad for a long time. I have custody of my children and I have custody of all my children because I'm a good father and I'm a good person, and at the end of the day, you know, that's the most important thing. At the end of my life, no matter what happens, I'm going to look my three daughters in the face and they're going to know their dad was a great father," he concluded.
Emmett also denied the FBI investigation claims in a statement to Page Six.
"I am not being investigated by the FBI nor anyone else, and the notion that I am is beyond absurd," the "Irishman" producer said. "Anyone can say whatever they want in a pleading; that doesn't make it true. There is zero evidence that I'm being investigated for anything, and we still share 50/50 custody of our children. I am shocked and in utter disbelief that Ambyr would even hint at something so disgusting and untrue."
The filmmaker's statement came after Childers, who shares 12-year-old London and 9-year-old Rylee with Emmett, alleged in a signed declaration that she submitted as part of a domestic violence restraining order request that the FBI investigated her ex-husband for "suspected child exploitation and pedophilia."
The "You" actress claimed she learned of the investigation on Dec. 6 last year when she "was contacted by a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation asking [her] questions about [Emmett's] suspected activities with child exploitation and pedophilia."
In her filing, she noted that Emmett's "possible involvement in child exploitation and pedophilia, along with the fact that he is being actively investigated by federal law enforcement, dictates that he should not be allowed to have the children other than with a professional monitor."
Childers said she does "not want to run the risk" of Emmett having custody of their two daughters, "only to have federal law enforcement serve either an arrest or search warrant on him or on his premises while the children are present."
Childers — to whom he was married from 2009 to 2017 — is seeking "sole legal and physical custody" of their minor daughters "for a variety of reasons."
Childers was granted a temporary restraining order on Dec. 22, 2022, and the judge scheduled a hearing for Jan. 12 to review joint custody matters, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The publication also reported Thursday that they spoke to three other individuals who claimed the FBI contacted them about Emmett's activities.
After Emmett made headlines for the alleged FBI investigation, his ex-fiancée, "Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent, responded to fans' questions regarding why the producer still has custody of their daughter, 1-year-old Ocean.
"If you haven't dealt with the family court system, you wouldn't understand," the Bravo personality wrote, according to a screenshot captured by @theholybravo.
Kent and Emmett have been embroiled in a custody battle since their split in October 2021.
Childers had "no comment" about Emmett's latest video, while Kent could not be reached, according to Page Six.
