The Rangers look to take a commanding 3-1 lead in their Eastern Conference Finals series with the Devils Monday evening.

The Rangers will be shorthanded in Game 4. Forward Brandon Prust was suspended for a game because of an elbow to the head of Devils defenseman Anton Volchenkov. Blue shirts head coach John Tortorella indicated that the Devils players have been overreacting to hits they've received this series.
New Jersey head man Peter DeBoer called Prust a headhunter after Game 3.
New York goaltender Henrik Lundqvist has carried the team for much of the playoffs. He has three shutouts this postseason, including two in this series. The Rangers have allowed just 1.71 goals per game in the playoffs.
Martin Brodeur has also been very good since the end of the regular season, allowing 2.05 goals per contest.
Ilya Kovalchuk has led the Devils on the offensive side of the puck. He has six goals and 7 assists in the postseason. Brad Richards has 13 points as well for the Rangers.
The Devils are favored in this game, despite losing two out of the first three. New Jersey is listed at minus 120 at most Las Vegas sportsbooks.
