‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Season 10 Casting Rumors: Nene Leakes And Kim Zolciak Ready To Return To Bravo Series
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” fans will likely rejoice at the chance to watch a slew of drama-filled episodes like they haven’t seen in years when Season 10 premieres. The latest rumors surrounding the popular Bravo reality series are alleging that alums Nene Leakes and Kim Zolciak will be returning to the show.
Producers of the series have been working on getting the women to return and both stars are interested in appearing on the show again, TMZ reported Thursday. In the past, the network has tried to create a spin-off show with Zolciak and Leakes, but their conflicting schedules stopped that from happening.
In 2016, the women were attempting to work together on a series that could have potentially been titled “Road to Riches.” However, Zolciak wasn’t interested in spending time away from her six children for long periods of time.
The women were also working on their own individual projects which forced them to continuously push the series back and, as a result, it never saw the light of day.
However, with the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 10 in the pipeline, producers are hoping to appease fans by bringing back the two original cast members. Although neither Leakes or Zolciak have signed contracts locking them in for Season 10, the “Don’t Be Tardy” star will make a cameo at the end of Season 9.
Leakes and Zolciak are known for their love-hate relationship in which one moment the women can be the best of friends and in the next moment at each other’s throats. Only time will tell if these two will reunite on the series that launched their careers.
“Real Housewives of Atlanta” airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
