“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kenya Moore may have a peach, but Marlo Hampton insists the former beauty queen isn’t happy with her position on the show. During an interview, Marlo Hampton claimed Kenya “wants to be” Nene Leakes.

Kenya and Nene have been at odds for several seasons, but on the “RHOA” Season 12, their feud seems to be affecting everyone on the cast. Marlo recently shared her opinion about Kenya’s beef with Nene.

Marlo told People Magazine TV that Kenya can’t be trusted. “Everything is shady about Kenya. Nothing is sweet about Kenya except her baby. Brooklyn is so sweet. Kenya is shady — she looks at you shady, she walks by you shady she’s shady shady shady just watch the show,” Marlo said.

When asked if she thought Kenya was jealous of Nene, Marlo insisted the former Miss USA envied Nene’s popularity on the Bravo series. “Absolutely. I think she wants her position. She wants to be an OG.”

Although Marlo has been on the show for several seasons, she is considered a friend of the stars rather than a full-time cast member. Even though Marlo isn’t demanding a peach, she does feel like she is worthy of holding one.

“I personally don’t care about holding a peach, but I do feel I deserve one because I think it’s only fair that fans know what I actually do and how I actually live,” she told the New York Post.

“They only see 15 minutes of me [in each episode] stirring up some mess. But they don’t know if I cry at night. It’s so much more to me than just labels.”

Although the network hasn’t offered her a higher ranking position on the cast, she does believe Nene could help her position on the show. “I think Nene can definitely recommend [my getting a peach],” she explained.

“Kandi [Burruss] and Porsha [Williams] and even Wendy Williams have said [to] give me a peach. I think it’s just a decision from Bravo.”

Although Marlo won’t be a full-time cast member during the latest season of “RHOA,” starting the conversation about a potential promotion may put her one step closer to the coveted peach.

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 12 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
