‘Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills’ Star Denise Richards Slams Eileen Davidson Over Affair Comments
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is all about the drama, but cast member Denise Richards was not thrilled when she learned Eileen Davidson commented on rumors surrounding the actress’ alleged affair with Brandi Glanville.
Following the speculation, Denise has denied that she cheated on her husband Aaron Phypers with the “RHOBH” alum.
On Monday, Denise wasn’t happy when she learned that Eileen suggested that she was acting odd at her husband’s movie premiere. During an appearance on Bravo’s “Daily Dish” podcast, Eileen claimed that Denise appeared to be uncomfortable while attending the event.
“A few of the Housewives came to my husband’s premiere of his movie Seven Days to Vegas, and I kind of had a feeling something was going on. And I was kind of waiting for something to happen,” Eileen explained.
“But it did feel a little weird, and I asked Denise, ‘Are you OK?’ because it just felt weird, and she was like, ‘Yeah, I’m fine.’ Something was going on.”
On Monday, Denise addressed Eileen’s comments and revealed why her behavior may have seemed “weird” at the time.
“Since you publicly spoke about this @eileen_davidson when you asked me if I was OK at your husband’s premiere, I was so nervous knowing I was having surgery in two days,” she tweeted.
“I was so sick & in so much pain, but we still wanted to be there.& I hadn’t told any of other women about it.”
When one fan noted that Eileen’s comments didn’t appear to be an attack against the 49-year-old, Denise replied, “I never said she was.”
In January, sources told Us Weekly that Denise was left furious when cameras filmed a conversation in which the group discussed a threesome at a dinner where her daughters Sam, 15, Lola, 14, and Eloise, 8, were present.
At the time, the insider claimed that Denise “wants all of that footage taken out of the show. It’s one thing for the drama to be directed or even scripted in certain situations, but to have blatantly false lies spewed as if it were fact is just wrong and shouldn’t be allowed,” the source said.
“Brandi wanted to confront Denise at the finale of the cast party, but Denise already had other plans that evening, and she didn’t want to give her a platform to make those allegations.”
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is expected to return from hiatus next month on Bravo.
