The “Real Housewives of New York City” are making a major comeback. The Bravo franchise’s ninth season is set to premiere this April and if the trailer is any indication, it’s going to be wild.

Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Dorinda Medley, Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan are all returning to the franchise. Joining them will be “RHONY” alumnae Jill Zarin and newcomer Tinsley Mortimer. The divide between Season 9 rookies and “RHONY” regulars won’t stop each and every member of the cast from getting in on the drama when the show returns to Bravo.

LuAnn’s Marriage Is Still A Hot Topic

LuAnn married Tom D’Agostino married on New Year’s Eve, but her journey down the aisle wasn’t an easy one. From the moment she and her beau got engaged, the “RHONY” cast has questioned the relationship. In Season 8 he was seen smooching a stranger in a New York City night club, but it seems there may be more to the story.

Bethenny And Tom Will Come Face-To-Face

The Skinny Girl CEO will confront Tom after presenting LuAnn with the photo proof that he cheated. She apologizes for potentially hurting him, but it looks like she’s not done making waves in he and her “RHONY’ co-star’s relationship just yet.

Another scene in the Season 9 trailer shows Bethenny and LuAnn having a tearful heart-to-heart about Tom. Bethenny feels adamant that the marriage is a mistake, but LuAnn’s not having it.

Ramona Singer And Sonja Morgan’s Friendship Hangs In The Balance — Again

These two have had a rocky relationship for some time now. Things seemed to be going well toward the latter half of “RHONY” Season 8, but it appears some turbulence is ahead in Season 9. In one particular scene, Sonja is shouts at Ramona, declaring their friendship over.

In the next scene, she admits without an ounce of shame that she’s had a mugshot photo taken.

After a failed trip to Mexico in Season 8, the “RHONY” gals are finally going south of the border. The trailer is full of fun — and not so fun — moments from the cast’s stay in Mexico. Fans should expect lots of tequila and a few falling outs during what Bethenny likely hoped would be a relaxing vacation.
