'Real Housewives Of New York City' Star Bethenny Frankel Opens Up About Her Dating Life; Says She's Not 'Confirming Or Denying Anything'
Bethenny Frankel spoke openly about her dating life during a recent interview with the "Today" show -- but she wasn't quite ready to confirm or deny anything just yet. In July it was reported "The Real Housewives of New York City" star was in a relationship with "Modern Family" actor Eric Stonestreet, who plays Cam on the series. At the time, both denied those claims, but her recent comments seems to suggest otherwise.
During the sit-down, Frankel told "Today" she is currently "dating," adding she is focusing on having fun. The "RHONY" star suggested she was playing the field and thinks it's something all women should do. Asked about her rumored relationship with Stonestreet, she declined to reveal too much.
"I'm not making it a habit of confirming or denying anything, because then it will be like roaches: You have to kill them all. So, I'm just saying that I'm happy and in the fall I intend to be very, very sexually active," she said.
As we previously reported, Frankel and Stonestreet were linked after the pair were reportedly spotted at a Los Angeles Dodgers game July 6. While sources claimed they saw the pair enjoying the game together, tweets and Instagram posts suggested Frankel was in the Hamptons at the time. Shortly after the story broke, the "I Suck At Relationships So You Don't Have To" author addressed the rumors on Twitter, poking fun at the number of times it had been rumored she was dating different men in recent months.
Frankel is currently in the midst of a nasty divorce with estranged husband Jason Hoppy. The pair first split in 2013 and have been feuding over custody of their daughter, Bryn, as well as the many assets they acquired during their relationship. The divorce has played a major part in Frankel's storyline during Season 7 of "RHONY," though neither Hoppy nor Frankel's daughter has appeared on the show.
The season finale of "RHONY" airs Tuesday, Aug. 11, at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
