Leave it to "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Tamra Judge to give an insider's look into why women have left the Bravo franchise -- the latest being "The Real Housewives of New York City" star Bethenny Frankel.

E! host Justin Sylvester sat down with the 52-year-old and didn't hesitate to ask if she was surprised to hear the news that Bethenny quit "RHONY."

"Yes," she answered before beginning to speculate. "I kind of think of it, you know, as a cast member, was there a negotiation situation? Was she fired? I don't know. I don't know.

"I mean, I know when I get fired I'll have a sign that says 'Andy Cohen Fired Me,' like I will have no shame in my game," Tamra, whose been a cast member since Season 3, confessed.

Speaking of getting fired, fans of "RHOC" have a theory that Tamra is trying to give one of her castmates that very fate. Which housewife is she supposedly trying to ice out? Emily Simpson. There's no need to warn her though. She knows, and it's not exactly a shock to her.

Emily revealed to fans that the other "RHOC" ladies attempted to get rid of Kelly Dodd during Season 14 of the show, which is currently airing.

When a Twitter user asked why the other "housewives" were so mean to the 43-year-old mother of three, she responded, "This is why... systematic and calculated plan to ice someone out so they are let go from the show. Stay tuned and see them try it on Kelly [Dodd]," and acknowledged that the same plan was allegedly being used on her.

"The Real Housewives of Orange County" airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EDT on Bravo.
