A female bodybuilder nicknamed “Real-Life Chun-Li” is urged by her fans to join the WWE or UFC.

In the history of WWE, Chyna has won the title of being the strongest female pro wrestler ever. With a physique of a man, Chyna has proven that she was capable of dismantling a male wrestler inside the squared circle. However, Chyna’s time is done and the character portrayal of female pro wrestlers has gradually changed from masculine to “Diva.”

However, a bodybuilder is believed to have the capability to revive female masculinity in the WWE. Some fans may have not heard of Yuan Herong, a female bodybuilding doctor from China, who has developed an insanely masculine body which has been generating buzz around social media today.

Herong came from a family of doctors and works as a physician in a traditional Chinese medicine clinic in the city of Qingdao in eastern China’s Shandong Province.

In an interview with Daily Mail in October 2019, Herong revealed that her family advised her to pursue medical studies as it could guarantee her a career in the future. She succeeded in medical school but her love for martial arts remained still.

“Both my parents are doctors. At first, I didn’t really want to study traditional Chinese medicine, I liked martial arts. (But) My parents told me not to give up my medical studies because they said it was a career that could benefit me for all my life,” Herong revealed.

It didn’t take long for Herong to give her true passion a shot. She started to work out just a few years ago in an effort to “look stronger.” Her drive to achieve an intimidating physique resulted to an incredibly toned body. This has made Herong an instant social media star who has now earned over 408,000 followers on Instagram.

As expected, fans and followers began to express their thoughts about Herong’s unique appearance. And just recently, the doctor’s followers urged to her to take her talents to the WWE or the UFC, where they certainly believe she’ll be an instant hit.

As early as now, Herong has already earned comparisons to “Street Fighter’s” famous fictional character “Chun-Li.” Fighting game writer and Dexerto.com’s Ginni Lou even posted some photos of Herong dressed as the said character saying “ Yuan Herong is the real life Chun-Li.” Looking at the said photos, it’s hard to argue that the “Real-life Chun-Li” really does exists.
