Reality Behind Bradley Cooper, Irina Shayk Fights, Actor Staying With Gerard Butler

Bradley Cooper does not stay at Gerard Butler’s home after getting into fights with supermodel- girlfriend Irina Shayk, despite rumors. Gossip Cop debunked reports stating Cooper stayed at Butler’s apartment in New York City post arguments especially about Lady Gaga.

Life & Style reported Shayk has “deep-rooted trust issues” about Cooper’s friendship with Gaga and this was causing rift between the two.

The magazine quoted an insider saying, “They’ve been arguing for months. Irina is fed up with the way he idolizes Gaga.” The alleged insider added Shayk often accuses her boyfriend of cheating, “even when she has no reason or evidence.”

“Bradley has even gone to stay at his pal Gerard Butler’s apartment after arguments,” the source added, speculating the situation between the two could get worse as Cooper and Gaga gear up for awards season.

The source concluded Cooper could be the one to end their relationship if Shayk doesn’t do it first. “All of these jealous fights have pushed him to the brink,” the source said.

Gossip Cop checked in with Cooper’s representative, who said there was “no truth” to the report. Another source close to the actor also assured he hasn’t been staying at Butler’s apartment amid the alleged fights with his girlfriend.

The report comes a week after Gossip Cop debunked a story by Life & Style’s sister publication In Touch magazine which stated the couple was headed for a split over the actor’s friendship with Gaga.

The magazine had quoted an insider saying their friendship had caused a rift between Cooper and Shayk and the model was “jealous of their close bond and feels like Bradley spends more time raving about Lady Gaga than he does about her.”

In a recent interview, Shayk said she is proud of her man and all the acclaim he was getting for “A Star Is Born.”

In another interview, she also shared wisdom on juggling career and kids and said, “I think as a woman, you can find time for everything that you love.”

The couple was spotted on a morning stroll with their 19-month-old daughter, Lea, in New York City over the weekend. Pictures of the two showed them walking arm in arm with big smiles on their face, and them looking very happy and relaxed together.

The couple started dating in early 2015 and made their red carpet debut at a Paris Fashion Week party in March 2016. They welcomed their daughter in March 2017.

During an interview with NPR’s Morning Edition last month, Cooper gushed about how fatherhood had changed him and said, “I guess having a child, and having a family of my own, which is a miracle and something I’ve always dreamt of, has opened me up even more, I guess, to the day, and to be present.”
