After actor Brad Pitt, Leonardo DiCaprio is the latest celebrity being rumored to have a crush on actress Margot Robbie while all three of them shoot for the movie “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.” However, just like the first time, this baseless rumor too was debunked by Gossip Cop.

The latest rumor was spread by Australia’s Woman’s Day magazine.

“No one can deny their [DiCaprio and Robbie’s] incredible connection,” an unnamed source told the unreliable publication.

The article went onto claim DiCaprio, who co-starred with Robbie in “The Wolf Of Wall Street” in 2013, where the latter played his wife, had a “soft spot” for the “Suicide Squad” actress, which was not going down well with Robbie’s husband, Tom Ackerley.

“He trusts Margot totally, but he doesn’t want anyone making moves on her,” the tipster alleged.

The fake news article failed to take into account several key pieces of information while conjuring up the false rumors. For starters, it did not mention the “Titanic” actor was dating model Camila Morrone for more than nine months and there have been rumors he might be proposing to his girlfriend soon, suggesting he was committed to his relationship.

Secondly, Robbie told People Magazine back in 2014, after she landed her first major movie role that she shared a brotherly bond with DiCaprio.

“I’m still pinching myself,” Robbie said. “I’m extremely honored to be a part of this film. To work with Leo was unbelievable. He has always been my favorite actor and he became this wonderful big brother. He took me under his wing and always looked out for me, which is really nice.”

The actress also rubbished any romance rumors between the two of them in an interview with Vogue Australia.

“We’re friends. Those rumors were inevitable, but there’s no truth to them,” she said.

Also, this was not the first time Woman’s Day has tried to romantically link the pair. Back in January, when the cast for “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” was announced, the outlet, not unlike the recent report, claimed Ackerley was jealous of his wife working with DiCaprio as the latter was a “irresistible ladykiller” and “Leo is the ultimate Hollywood bachelor and Margot is just his type.”

A few days ago, the Life & Style magazine tried to falsely suggest Angelina Jolie’s estranged husband had developed a crush on Robbie, which led Ackerley to warn Pitt to “steer clear of Margot.” That report too was debunked soon after.
