The Reason Prince William Earned ‘Sensitive’ Reputation, Unlike ‘Devoted’ Prince Harry
Despite rumors about a rift in Prince William and Prince Harry’s relationship, their marriages to Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have reportedly remained strong due to their different personalities.
While William chose to wait nine years before he married Kate, Harry allegedly knew he wanted to marry Meghan after a year of dating. Although the brothers were raised alongside one another, Princess Diana’s former aide suggested their differences have contributed to the success of their romantic relationships.
According to Princess Diana’s astrologer Debbie Frank, Prince Harry has earned a “devoted” reputation due to his desire to help others and his unwavering support of Meghan as she adjusts to her new life in the royal family.
“Harry loves to do things for other people. He’s a bit more like the royal servant even though he is the royal prince. But he would just love to do everything he can for her. He’s very devoted,” Frank told Yahoo! UK’s The Royal Box.
Unlike his brother, Prince William reportedly has a cautious outlook on life and prefers to take his time when he makes a decision. “He’s very sensitive and I think he actively didn’t want to marry somebody who was going to dissolve into a heap, and Kate’s strength is a source of sustenance to him.”
Although William is expected to sit on the throne someday and has a team of advisors, the astrologer claims Kate is a major source of support for the future King.
“Kate and William are opposites and they say opposites attract. I think William needs his own rock, his own steadying force, I think that’s what Kate really is for him,” Frank explained.
Last month, insiders revealed senior aides have begun preparing Prince William for his transition from Duke of Cambridge to Prince of Wales. When the time comes for the father of three to take over royal responsibilities that were once held by Prince Charles, he’ll have Kate by his side to support him in his new role.
