Rebecca Black's 'Friday' to feature on 'Glee' prom episode

Internet sensation Rebecca Black and her buzz-raising song 'Friday' is set to be featured on the Emmy-winning show, Glee, according to media reports.

The prom episode of Glee will include a cover of Black's song, which garnered 100 million views on YouTube within days, New York Magazine reported.

While the eeport indicated that Kevin McHale, Chord Overstreet, and Mark Salling would be singing it, Entertainment Weekly suggested that Mark Salling and returning guest star Jonathan Groff could be lending their voices to it

The 13-year-old singer's 'Friday' sold 159,000 copies after it hit the popular video sharing site in March attracting criticism over auto-tune voice and daftly simple lyrics.

Despite the wide-spread disapproval, Black and 'Friday' have catapulted to popularity.
