Stars and celebs lined the red carpet clad in designer gowns and suits Wednesday for the 26th annual Gemini awards in Toronto, Canada. Given by the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television and other industry professionals, the Gemini Awards honor the best in Canadian television.

On behalf of the academy, I would like to offer my warmest congratulations to tonight's winners, as well as all of this year's Gemini and Academy Special Award winners. Tonight's sensational show was the perfect tribute to the exceptional talent in this country, said Helga Stephenson, interim CEO, ACCT.

Following are the list of winners for the event:

Best comedic actor: Peter Keleghan (18 to Life)

Best drama: The Borgias

Best dramatic actor: Callum Keith Rennie (Shattered)

Best comedic actress: Tracy Dawson (Call Me Fitz)

Best dramatic actress: Michelle Thrush (Blackstone)

Best sports host or interviewer: James Duthie (NHL All-Star Fantasy Draft)
